April 19 Race at Mohican Cancelled
Posted on: 3 Apr 2020

Yesterday, Ohio Governor, Mike DeWine, extended the stay at home recommendation until April 30. As a result, we have been informed by Ohio State Parks that all parks will remain closed until May 15. As a result, the April 19 race at Mohican State Park is cancelled. However, we are still planning to hold the OMBC Race at Vultures Knob and the Mohican MTB100 on May 30 and the Mohican Trail Run on June 20-21 as planned with guidance from our medical partner, University Hospital of Ashland. It is highly likely that the upcoming OMBC race at Vulture's Knob will be managed as a time trial with online registration only to avoid contact and keep everyone as safe as possible.
