OMBC Series #7

Local Guide Chris Harper "First ride down at Baileys Trail System - awesome machine cut flow trails - like riding a rollercoaster through the woods!"

Race Description: Departing from the Community Park in Chauncey, pronounced "Chancy", Racers will be treated to the newly constructed flowy machine-built mountain bike trails located within the Bailey's Trail System, the first stage of a larger vision to construct 88 miles of dedicated singletrack trail within the Wayne National Forest. When complete, the Baileys Trail System will feature trails tailored to beginner through expert mountain bikers and loops that provide incredible hikes and trail runs through an actively restored forest to classic Appalachian foothill vistas. This system currently has direct community connections to Chauncey and Doanville, and future connections are planned to Nelsonville and Buchtel.
