Race Day Registration will open at 10am

The Southwest Ohio Screamer will be staged and registration located at Indian Mound. However, as in past years, the race will still begin at end of the park road, near the lake.

OMBC Rain Policy: If, for any reason, there is a postponement due to wet conditions, you will see it here and on OMBC Face Book Page at least one day before the race. OMBC defers to local trail clubs and trail stewards to determine whether to hold events.

Race Description:  

The EASTFORK Race Course: Not far from Cincinnati, The Cincinnati Off Road Alliance has built an amazing trail system at East Fork, the crown jewel of CORA.  The ten+ miles of singletrack start amazingly fast and get more technical as the miles tick by.

Park Directions: Follow park signage toward beach then follow "RACE Parking" signs to the Indian Mound picnic area. There is plenty parking and bathroom facilities are on site.

RACE START will begin at Look Out Point, a dead end located at the end of Park Road Three. Racers will come up the hill from Look Out Point, and begin loops from there. Race Meeting will take place there at 9:50am. RACE BEGINS AT 10AM

Rider's Meeting will take place there at 11:50am. RACE BEGINS AT HIGH NOON

Course: New Race Map Counter Clockwise direction

Food Vendor: Andy's Mediterranean Grille 11AM to 3pm

Race Info:  AWARDS will be held at the RACE FINISH.

Lap Distance: Each lap is approximately 11 miles
All Pro/Expert Men and Women, Singlespeed, Masters 40+ Divisions: 3 laps
All Sport Divisions: 2 laps
All Novice Divisions: 1 lap

Race Entry Fee's: online registration $35, race day entry $40 
Novice Youth 12-14, 8-11 Divisions just $10 online, $15 on race day.

$5 from every paid adult entry will benefit Eastfork State Park MTB Trails through a donation to CORA, the Cincinnati Off Road Association

Rewards: Pro/Expert and Sport Racers will be awarded cash prizes based on the OMBC payout chart located on the series information page. Experts and Sport racers are allowed to exchange your cash award for a prize from the prize table. Novice Class Racers will receive table prizes courtesy of our great sponsors about 1/3 deep in each division. You must be present to receive table prizes. Cash prizes not picked up at the race can be picked up at any OMBC Series race.

Registration: Save $5 and register online.  Online registration will open soon.

You can also register at the race. Cash, Check, or Money Orders accepted. Credit cards not accepted.  Registration: opens at 10:00 am

From Cleveland, Ohio:
I-71 South to I-275 East at Cincinnati. I-275 East to Exit #65, follow Beechmont Avenue East- Amelia, Come East 11 miles and follow signs to the beach area of Eastfork State Park.

From Columbus, Ohio:
I-71 South to I-275 East at Cincinnati. I-275 East to Exit #65, follow Beechmont Avenue East- Amelia, come East 11 miles and follow the signs to the beach area of Eastfork State Park.
From Cincinnati, Ohio:
From Downtown: take I-471 South into Kentucky to I-275 East. I-275 East to Exit #65, follow Beechmont Avenue East - Amelia, come East 11 miles and follow the signs to the beach area of Eastfork State Park.  
Camping: If you plan to camp at Eastfork, use Exit #63 ( State Route 32), East- Batavia (Campground)

From Toledo, Ohio:
I-75 South to I-275 East at Cincinnati. I-275 East to Exit #65, Follow Beechmont Avenue East- Amelia, Come East 11 miles and follow signs to the beach area of Eastfork State Park.
Camping: If you plan to camp at Eastfork, use Exit #63 ( State Route 32), East- Batavia (Campground)
 
From Lexington, KY:
I-75 North, to I-275 East (Near Erlanger, KY) to Exit #65, S.R. 125 - Follow Beechmont Avenue East- Amelia, Come East 11 miles and follow signs to the beach area of Eastfork State Park.

Camping: If you plan to camp at Eastfork, use Exit #63 ( State Route 32), East- Batavia (Campground) NOTE: the camping area is located on the other side of the lake so plan to allow time to drive to the race parking area.
